Before arriving at Citrus Aesthetics, Jessica ensured that I was set up with a shadowing day where a variety of services were to be performed. The actual practice itself is gorgeous with cozy and warm feel.
While shadowing, I got to observe Jessica perform a variety of services on her clients while she explained each step of what she was doing, the science behind the service, and what the client can expect of the results. One thing I loved about following Jessica was watching how she interacted with new and regular customers, always making them feel comfortable and never failing to show her extensive knowledge on what she was providing to them.
